This mentor ship program is designed to provide professional development and hands on training to guide high-performing TPI associates into future leaders. This online resources includes important links and resources for ELITE Mentees.

Start Here With This 'Understanding Your Assessment' Video:

Step 1: Read the One Page Guide for Reviewing Your Results and Watch the Coaching Video, Below

Optional Materials to Help You Understand and Use Your Assessment Results:

Step 2: Create a Development Plan Worksheet: 

Once you have reviewed your report and watched the Coaching Report Debrief Video, with your Mentor (Coach)  select the areas you would like to learn more about and/or improve in. Click on this Development Plan Link to create a development worksheet. A web page will open.

  • In the Personal Development Plan column (on the left) click on the Assessment you took:
    ELITE Level 1 & 2 - Talent Insights w/ Motivators
    ELITE Level 3 - TriMetrix HD Legacy w/ Motivators
    Enter in your Name, Company and Position, and click Continue.
  • Begin selecting the Personal Skills, Motivators and Behavioral Traits you would like to learn more about.
  • Click on View Plan. Print, save and review your worksheet. Use it to guide you and keep track of action plans and results.

Step 3: Learn More About Your Strengths, Blind spots and How to Grow and Develop Areas Important to Your Success. 

Go to: TriMetrix University Development Insights  to gain coaching and development insight for the  specific Personal Skills, Motivators and/or Behavior Traits you want to learn more about. Each learning bite covers:

  • Why This Area Is Important.
  • What Skills Are Associated Each Area.
  • Tips on Developing the Area and Coaching Activities. 

You can track what you're doing, using this Track what you're doing in the Development Plan worksheet you just created.
