1.) Spend money via systems that pay you for shopping and dining. A former client company of mine has a great system for this - especially if you have pre-college aged children - See

2.) Exercise more - spend more time in hot sauna or steam room to relax. When weather gets colder this helps me a lot.

3.) Decide to eat less and consider veggie only days or groups of days. Really helps me focus vs. that steak dinner at Capital Grill:)
