As we embark into 2024, I wanted to share some of my personal tips and tips that are being used by others to make conscious changes in our daily routines that can set us up for balance and success in our lives and our businesses. 

All of the contributors to today’s episode are dear friends of mine who have a wonderful outlook into 2024. I’m excited to share their favorite practices and products that they are using to nurture their minds, bodies, and spirits this year.

Regardless of the practices you’re moving into the new year with, keep this quote in mind as a possible mantra:

“Today, I will think, focus, and talk more about what is going well, than about what is going wrong. Today, as I look for, find, and speak about the good in every situation, I’ll notice how much better I feel. Today, as I manage my focus, I’ll feel empowered, eager, ease and well-being. 

And, as I genuinely feel better, I will be of greater benefit to my family, my employees, my co-workers and everyone I interact with. 

Today is going to be a great day!”
