Volunteer, Rest, Say NO

My Tips would be as follows:
1. Volunteer somewhere in your community to serve those who are less fortunate to keep you perspective on the things that make you cranky

2. Get plenty of rest during the season. A tried body will exasperate situations and make you cranky.

3. Learn to say no! You don't have to attend every function your are invited to. Guard your time wisely!
