Trainer Self Confidence Tips...

by Francis Farrell
(United Kingdom)

Being well-prepared is very important. I like to rehearse the session in my mind. This helps me to anticipate any potential problems that just writing things down on paper might not show up.

I like to have plenty of additional material just in case something isn't working or somebody finishes early.

Knowing that I am going to deliver more than I promised (e.g. lots of free resources to take away) also builds my confidence that things are going to go well.
