Make It All One...

by Kenny Zail
(Atlanta)

I have been very fortunate in my life, in that I love what I do for a living and love my personal life.

I have found so many people who have one or the other, and a few who have neither.

Some people use one as a sanctuary from the other. For example, staying late at work instead of going home, or focusing on the weekend or a vacation while at work.

I think the question assumes that work success is the first goal and then asking if it needs to be balanced by a personal life success.

To have "success", whatever that is...there doesn't need to be a balance, it has to be one.
