With the "I Want More Knowledge and More Tools" Advanced/Deeper Dive TriMetrix Training program we help you feel like a Champion Race Car Driver, by giving you all the tools, tips, practice and practical insights you need to confidently use this tool with candidates and employees.

This virtual Deeper Dive program is delivered in four two-hour virtual sessions on consecutive weeks and is limited to 12 participants simultaneously. 

What We Cover:

  • How to Create a Dashboard and Hiring Template for an Open Position
  • Practice Comparing the Candidate’s Results to the Hiring Template and Using the Competency Behavior-Based Interview Questions

We record all sessions, and participants have ongoing access to the videos and training tools in the online portal.  And, because the best interpreters of TriMetrix understand their results, we ask that participant have an up-to-date report, within the last year.  We offer an open-ended option to meet with each person to debrief their results.  Each leader who completes the "More Knowledge/Deeper Dive" program will receive a Certificate of Completion.

We offer three virtual, self-paced certification programs that cover each science measured in TriMetrix. These certification programs involve passing written exams that lead to these designations:  

  • Certified Professional Motivators Analyst  (CPDA)
  • Certified Professional DISC Analyst (CPMA)
  • TriMetrix Expert Analyst (TMEA)

Each Certification includes training materials, coaching support, and each exam. We create and share a press release every time one of our clients complete a Certification.
