You'd told me about Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle last year. I finally bought it, when you first did your review online. I can't believe that that guy can pack so much material into one eBook. SUZIE COMMENTS...
It's really helping me re-orient my habits. While I don't want to be a bodybuilder, I do want to eat more healthy, be more physical and just feel better in my body.
He teaches all of that in a direct, non-nonsense way. He even provides all sorts of inspirational thoughts, along with all the science and practical tips and suggestions. Just like you said.
I'm going to look at the support group, too. I think if I just throw myself into this, like this, I feel better sooner and get my habits back to a better for me place.

Kim, Thanks for taking the time to share. I'm so glad you got it and that it's helpful. It truly is my go-to when I need to get my head, body and mind aligned to stay consistent in my workouts.
I liked the BFFM online forum too. We're alike, in that we tend to get results by immersing ourselves in stuff. I like the audio interviews and all the articles, too. All very inspiring and just gets you into the fitness vibe.
