Demystifying Communication and Motivation Challenges - Build Interpersonal Intelligence

Demystify communication and motivation problems on your team with this revolutionary program: Building Communication and Motivation Intelligence Workshop. This interactive two-hour, half-day, full-day or two non-consecutive day workshops is designed to improve personal and professional relationships, as well as individual and team performance.

In this Program participants receive a Talent Insights Assessment that measures DISC communication style and Workplace Motivators/Driving Forces.  We can also measure Emotional Intelligence with the  TriMetrixEQ Assessment. These assessment tools provide detailed insights for improving communication, motivation skills and interpersonal intelligence.

During this workshop, you'll:

  • Create a development plan for the next three to six months that includes built-in accountability.
