Treat it like a project plan - list the scope and deliverables and due dates.

Big tips for many people - don't be afraid to ask for help - you don't have to do everything yourself.

Also, don't be afraid to scale back the scope of what you want to achieve over the holidays - build in ample slack time just to relax. This works at home and on the job - (at home, I use a job jar just for Christmas).

Remember to thank your elves for the tasks they take on for you!
