Simplify, Prioritize and Take Time for You

My top three tips: 1. Simplify your plans and decor. Less is best. I do less and enjoy it that much more.

2. Stop buying gifts for everyone you know. Set some priorities around gifting and make it a genuine loving experience.

3. Take time for you. Give yourself the gift of joy and relaxation. Think of what you want out of your own life that will bring you more fulfillment and balance.

Enjoy the giving that comes with Xmas. This is an experience for us to savor.
