Self Confidence Tip: Make a List...

This nice little 'trick' works every time. Don't dismiss it because it's simple. It can change your entire mindset and help you move forward quicker...

As I said, it is rather simple, but has proved to work. Make a long list of everything you have to be thankful for, or any qualities you particularly like about yourself or your current situation. Write until you can't write anymore!

These topics can range from loving your dog, to gazing up at the stars at night. "I appreciate..." Begin writing... now.

Work related, personal topics, make it your own.

Before you know it, you will have a list a mile long, and when you are really pretty down, just the length of your list of what is right in your own life is uplifting.
