Sage Advice 30 Years Ago

Some sage advice from one of my first managers 30 years ago:
- Talk less, listen more

- Make fewer statements on what you know and ask more questions - 3 deep

- Focus less on your contribution and more on others feedback to you.

It has always stayed with me and has made me more patient and calm during a crisis or in difficult situations.
