Hi Polly! Yea - that listening thing IS something I'm always RE-remembering. When I'm doing it well, I notice it spills over into every area of my life, in a positive way. As I strengthen this skill/muscle I find that I'm not only a better listener to others, but to ever-present Guidance. Less talking and more listening is changing my life!
