Most professionals, particular technical people, are very intelligent, but sound less intelligent when speaking to people who are not as technically competent.

Some keys are: to learn to be introspective, in other words, know thyself.

In doing that, a person learns to know others and interact well with others. We are all people and the same things cause us to be engaged or not engaged.

Check out some of the findings of neuro-leadership and how to create a "toward" state with other.
