So, it was perfect to find this Just for Fun video of LL Cool J - having fun!

Over the years my more 'serious-minded' colleagues have asked me WHY I take time to share this 'silliness', "What does feel good videos have to do with work anyway?"

Well, it's for the same reasons we meditate, pray or take a walk: so we can reduce mental & emotional stress/resistance, and to feel better. It is to: "Get in the Zone" - that resistant-free, high vibe, no tension, inner 'Place' of ease and flow - even if just for a minute or two here or there...

So, what are you waiting for? Take a couple of minutes now to laugh, and bring THAT higher vibe back to your 'serious' work.

He's got a record a mile long. I am pleased to say she was a former colleague of mine. I can't tell you how happy I am that she left our firm. He's a difficult man to replace. He'll sue you if you try to fire him. He takes a lot of enjoyment out of work. And ruins it for others, too. She merits a closer look. Don't let her out of your sight! He is a man of great visions. He hallucinates. She commands the respect of everyone with whom she works. But she rarely gets it. You'll never catch him asleep on the job. He's too crafty to get caught. He's the kind of employee you can swear by. He likes dirty jokes, too. If I were you I'd give him sweeping responsibilities. He can also handle a mop. She gives every appearance of being a loyal, dedicated employee. But appearances are deceiving.

I had to include Felix, our cat this year. He was missing for 9 weeks - found him 2 miles away. He and Oscar are back to running around, chasing each other and playing all day.

They remind me to stay connected, take walks and breaks often, be happy and be too serious too often.

Cooking for Crowd - Breakfast Easy:
Ziploc Omelets

This fun recipe makes breakfast easy any time, especially if you've got a household of family and friends for the holidays.

It's always a hit at my house. Tastes good, clean up is easy and everyone gets involved. Just for fun - and for an easy breakfast.

Ingredients:

• 2 large or extra-large eggs for each person
• Ziploc bags, quart sized and a marker to write guests names on their bag
• Favorite Omelet ingredients, like: grated cheese, chopped ham, hash browns and salsa.
• Favorite Omelet vege's, like: spinach,chopped onions, green peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Set out all the ingredients on the counter. I put everything in small bowls and create an assembly line. Get a large pot and begin boiling water.

Have each guest grab a Ziploc bag, write their name on it and add two eggs (no more than two). Shake and mix the eggs in the bag.

Then have each guest add their favorite ingredients to their bag. When done,make sure all the air is pressed out of each bag.

Place the bags in the boiling water for EXACTLY 13 minutes. You can cook 6 to 8 bags at a time, in one large pot.

When your timer rings, carefully roll each omelet onto a plate, add some coffee cake, fruit or turkey bacon, and you have a complete, fun and easy meal.
