Skills Track

Companies that consult with Priceless Professional Development on hiring and employee fit  will naturally move onto the Skills Track, because it allows them to build on the foundation they've created.

The Skills Track provides for continuing development of employee skills, opportunities for feedback from peers, supervisors and customers, leadership development and communication skills training.

Some companies begin with the Skills Track, because they start with an organizational climate survey that identifies where their leadership skills need improvement.

The overall Process Flow is ultimately a circle - companies can become involved in the process at any point along the way, and add in new pieces if the need arises.
