Assessment Track

For many companies, the Assessment Process is the first step toward rethinking their hiring process.

When a key position is added (or vacated), the time is right to create a benchmark for the position - before the candidate search begins.

Subject Matter Experts (SME's) are selected - usually from 3 to 10 individuals - who have a vested interest in the success of the position.

The SME's attend a facilitated session with a certified Priceless facilitator. The facilitator's job is to lead the group to creating a list of five Key Accountabilities for the position. The facilitator will keep the group focused on the goal and will help them reach concensus - so that they all agree on what the key accountabilities are.

Each SME completes a job assessment, defining what they believe the job requires for superior performance.

The Priceless facilitator compiles the results from all the assessments and provides the Master Position Benchmark and the Priceless Hiring Manual.

Once this track is complete, the company moves on to the Hiring Track - finding candidates and assessing them against the Job Benchmark.
