SPARK Selling:  A Process for Building Trust and Getting Greater Results

Our five-step sales process is designed to help your salespeople progress through the sales process in a confident, customer-focused way.  

SPARK Selling ensures that your sales team has an effective sales process and method they use before, during and after customer meetings that will help them uncover customer needs and get quicker business results. This one day program provides clear and specific tools to speed up the sales cycle, increase strategic positioning and develop high trust, long-term customer relationships.   

The program is fast-paced and high involvement.  Participants practice the skills with real-world examples and leave with memory jogger cards and individualized development plans and goals.

In addition to the one-day SPARK training program we offer a pre-class, online skill diagnostic to all participants revealing their current level of sales knowledge. The results of this survey help us customize delivery and participant action plans.  We also offer post-class follow up and coaching.  To extend the power of this session even further, we can also provide sales managers with an effective coaching feedback process they can use on a daily basis to reinforce the SPARK Selling process.
