Hiring Track

Once the Position Benchmark is completed (from the Assessment Track), the candidates search begins.

When the top candidates are selected, Each candidate completes the Talent Assessment. The Priceless Analyst compares the results to the position benchmarks.

The Analyst briefs the management team on the results, and identifies the person(s) best suited for the position.

Once the hiring decision has been made and the new employee reports to work, the Priceless Analyst conducts a New Hire Orientation Session that includes the results of the individual assessment, a development plan, and the set of Development CD's and workbooks.

Plans for follow-up are made, and the individual moves on to the Skills Track.
