And to do something for someone else--not in "ashamed to say no" fashion (I fully agree with the article's point that saying "yes" to everything or trying to attend every event makes things worse), but in the spirit of assisting your favorite cause or otherwise helping others (family, friends, or strangers) to have a happier holiday season.
