I love that comment. That is soooo true.

Thank you for sharing this story - I was cringing as you stepped up to sing. I have had that same 'yucky' feeling - in not so dramatic situations - when I've said yes, but meant no.

I like thinking of my feelings of "Hell No" as Guidance. Maybe then I can be more courageous in saying No and not pleasing others so much!

Now, sing me song! (Just kidding.)
