Complaining is Not Conversation!

I was at a meeting yesterday when someone read a list of her tips for life (not just the holidays) and one in particular struck me...Complaining is Not Conversation...so very true and if only everyone realized this...

As for my own tips, I just believe in spreading joy in little ways wherever possible...putting a quarter in someone's meter, giving a Christmas cookie to a service person, smiling when you feel like frowning.
